While February may be the shortest month of the year, we packed it full of goodness at ATLAS Ministry! We celebrated what God is doing in Greene County during our Foundations Celebration, as members of ATLAS and the community covered the new facility with prayer and scripture. The weather turned out beautifully for the Foundations Celebration at the site of our new facility as friends, students, and members of the community added their favorite scriptures and prayers to the concrete. Brasfield & Gorie provided vests, and some of our students donned hard hats to pose with shovels, marking the official groundbreaking of our second location!

FOUNDATIONS CELEBRATION

101TH DAY OF SCHOOL

Our Primary Prep kids enjoyed a fun day to celebrate the 100th day of school! They made crafts, counting out 100 “gumballs”, and decorated hats. They ended the fun with a neon dance party, counting to 100 with the music!

PRAYER BOARD WORKSHOP

Several of the ATLAS parents enjoyed a time of fellowship, prayer, and crafting at the Prayer Board workshop. Parents were encouraged to decorate a board that would hang in their home and give them a place to keep their prayers.

VALENTINE’S DAY

Our ATLAS students celebrated God’s love with Valentine’s Day festivities and crafts, and some of our parents enjoyed a night of fellowship while creating prayer boards - visual reminders of their prayer requests and answered prayers.

OPAS & ACADEMY

We love the opportunity to partner with other local organizations. OPAS has been teaching our Academy students new musical skills, learning how to play the ukulele and djembe drum.

THR!VE TOP CHEF

Our THR!VE students competed in a hibachi-style Top Chef, with each team cooking a delicious meal of chicken, steak, fried rice, and vegetables. They learned valuable cooking skills, and tasted each team’s meals to declare one team “Top Chef”!
