Board Member

Russ retired from Ernst & Young (EY) after serving in several different leadership positions during his 25 year tenure with EY. Most recently, Russ served as the America”s Deputy Vice Chair for EY’s Consulting business. As the Deputy Vice Chair, and a member of the Americas Executive Committee, Russ was the COO/CFO for the Americas consulting practice which included over 16,000 consulting professionals located in North and South America. Prior to his role as the Deputy Vice Chair, Russ served as the Americas Talent Leader for EY’s consulting business. Other leadership roles during his tenure include: Southeast Advisory Managing Partner, Nashville Managing Partner, Americas Assurance and Advisory Business Business Development Leader, and Southeast Business Development leader. Several of Russ’ clients during his career included healthcare providers. Additionally, throughout his career, Russ served in various Non profit boards including the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Vanderbilt MAC Advisory Board, Childhelp USA, and TN Boy Scouts of America. 

Russ graduated from Wayne State University with a BA in Accounting. He also participated in Executive Leadership programs at Harvard and Northwestern’s Kellogg school of business.
