Executive Director

Ryan has an education background where he has served at 4 different schools in the metro Atlanta area. In his time in education, he has led in a multitude of different roles including classroom teacher, Dean of Students, Middle School Principal and High School Principal. As a former college basketball player, he has also enjoyed the opportunity to coach both middle and high school athletes over the course of his career. He is a graduate of Georgia State and has a Masters Degree from the University of Georgia in Educational Leadership.

Ryan is married to Stephanie Gibadlo who is a former elementary school teacher, specifically 2nd and 3rd grades. She currently stays at home with their three children, two boys, and a girl. Their oldest son is Attaway, their daughter Colbie Jane, and they just recently celebrated the birth of their youngest son, Trace, in summer of 2019. 

Ultimately, Ryan has a passion to see students and families come to understand the true power of Christ in their lives and he is excited to be a part of the ATLAS Ministry team and Greene County community.
