After large group sessions, programming takes breaks students into small groups to dive deeper into the teaching that they hear at the beginning of each week. We need small group leaders who are able to connect with students and help them unpack the teaching and navigate the challenges they face in their daily lives. This also includes time to have fun and build meaningful relationships with them!
